Our kitchen
We're a registered Nevada cottage food operation. That means we bake in a home kitchen, we're not inspected like a restaurant, and by law we tell you that plainly. Below is our registration, our full ingredient lists, and our allergen information.
Registration
Registered with the Southern Nevada Health District, Clark County, Nevada. Our registration is displayed at pickup and available here.
That statement is required by Nevada law and appears on every package we sell. We'd rather explain it than hide it: we bake at home, we follow the cottage food rules, and we only make products that are shelf-stable and safe without refrigeration.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, egg, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We can't guarantee against cross-contact. If you have a serious allergy, please tell us when you order and we'll talk it through.
